  3. │`Note from the editor:                                                       │
  4. │`Email bombs is a simple method of filling up your mailbox                   │
  5. │`with mostly harrassing messages, which most of the time                     │
  6. │`crashes a system due to heavy loads of messages.                            │
  7. │`                                                                            │
  8. │If you were one of those people who as a Sysop and or Moderator              │
  9. │was targeted for Email Bombs, harassment, threats, intimidation,             │
  10. │coercion and general abuse via FIDONET and the Internet we have              │
  11. │GOOD NEWS for you.  A recent incident and information we have                │
  12. │received from the operator of an anonymous remailer has allowed              │
  13. │us to conclusively trace back some of messages to their originators.         │
  14. │                                                                             │
  15. │We are now soliciting for an attorney in the Newport News, Virginia          │
  16. │area to develop and initiate litigation against one of these                 │
  17. │perpetrators for the purpose of obtaining compensation for actual            │
  18. │and punitive damages.  While it is our intention to initiate                 │
  19. │individual litigation against ALL of these info-terrorists we are            │
  20. │interested in supporting YOUR individual legal action to recover             │
  21. │damages or a group or class action lawsuit.                                  │
  22. │                                                                             │
  23. │At this time an Internet Service Provider is fallaciously using a            │

  26. │one of their "users" was involved and admitting to us that they              │
  27. │will be "dealing" with him. We demand to DEAL with him in our own            │
  28. │unique fashion.  We suspect that the ISP fears their own implied             │
  29. │liability in this matter despite our assurances that we are not              │
  30. │interested in seeking damages against them.  In fact we have offered         │
  31. │to release them from any liability if they disclose this "user's"            │
  32. │identity to us.  Unfortunately, they continue to refuse to cooperate.        │
  33. │We regret that it appears that it will be necessary to initiate              │
  34. │litigation against the ISP in order to force disclosure of the               │
  35. │requested information.  It is for this reason that I hope to bring           │
  36. │as many lawsuits as possible to bear upon the ISP and in the end the         │
